  1. 3/4 front somersault (straight) [Crash dive]
  2. 3/4 back somersault (straight) [Lazy back] 
  3. Swing two for more back somersault (tucked)
  4. Back somersault (tucked), barani (tucked), back somersault (tucked)
  5. Back somersault (tucked), barani (tucked), back somersault (tucked) to seat drop
  6. Back somersault (straight), barani (piked), back somersault (tucked)
  7. Back somersault with 1/2 twist
  8. Back somersault (tucked), front somersault (piked), front somersault (tucked)
Options (any four)
  1. 1 & 1/4 back somersault, 1/2 twist to feet, front somersault (tucked)
  2. 3/4 front somersault, bounce roll
  3. 1 & 1/4 front somersault with 1/2 twist to back drop
  4. Back drop, 1 & 1/2 twist to feet
  5. Front drop, kaboom forward turnover to back drop
  6. Back drop, kaboom 3/4 back somersault (tucked) to feet
  7. 1/2 twist into 3/4 front somersault
  8. Back drop, full twist to back drop [Cat twist]
