Compulsory
  1. 1 & 1/4 back somersault (tucked), back pullover to feet
  2. 3/4 back somersault (piked) 
  3. 3/4 back somersault (straight) through to back drop, back pullover
  4. Crash dive, front somersault to back drop [Bounce roll]
  5. 1/2 twist into 3/4 front somersault
  6. Crash dive, ball out (tucked)
  7. Back somersault with full twist
Options (any three)
  1. Swing two or more back somersault (straight)
  2. Back somersault (tucked), crash dive, ball-out (tucked)
  3. 3/4 back somersault (straight), cody (tucked)
  4. Crash dive, 1/2 forward somersault with early 1/2 twist to back drop, back pullover

  5. Swing back somersault (straight), back somersault (piked), back somersault (tucked)
  6. Swing back somersault (tucked), barani three times
  7. Swing back somersault (straight) with either back somersault with full twist OR back somersault with 1/2 twist

  8. Back drop, 1/2 forward somersault with 1 & 1/2 twist to back drop [corkscrew]

  3. Back somersault (straight)
  4. Barani (tucked)
  5. Back somersault (tucked) to seat
  6. 1/2 twist to feet
  7. Tuck jump

  9. Back pullover
  10. Front somersault (piked)

  1. 1 & 1/4 back somersault (tucked)
  2. Back pullover (tucked)
  3. Back somersault (tucked)
  4. Barani (tucked)
  5. Piked straddle jump
  6. Back somersault (piked)
  7. Barani (straight legs)
  8. Tuck jump
